How We Use Your Information

We use your information to schedule and perform HVAC services, respond to inquiries, process job applications, send service communications you request, and improve our website and service. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS & Text Messaging Consent

We only send text messages if you expressly opt in. Our website forms include a separate, optional, unchecked "Text message opt-in" checkbox; checking it is your consent to receive transactional and customer-care text messages from Rendon Heating & Air related to your service request or application (appointment confirmations, arrival updates, follow-ups). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. If you text us first, we may reply to that conversation. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Payment Security

This website does not collect, store, or process credit card or debit card numbers — we never ask for card details through our website forms. If you apply for financing, the application runs on the lender's own secure hosted system (Synchrony or GoGreen Financing), not on our pages. Payments for completed work are handled at the time of service through standard, secure payment processing.

Cookies, Analytics & Pixels

This site uses the following tools: Google Tag Manager (tag delivery), Google Analytics 4 (site usage measurement), and Google reCAPTCHA (form spam protection, subject to Google's privacy policy and terms). Advertising tags (such as Google Ads or Meta conversion pixels), when deployed through Tag Manager for a campaign, are controlled by the "Advertising" category in our cookie preferences. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We keep customer records only as long as needed to provide service, meet warranty, licensing, tax, and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Web analytics data is retained per the tool's default retention settings.
