You and Rendon Heating & Air each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

30-day opt-out: you may reject this arbitration provision by emailing drendon@rendonhvac.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other part of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any permitted court proceeding is Solano County, California.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rendon Heating & Air regarding use of this website. Our HVAC services themselves are governed by the separate written agreement provided at the time of service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
